Management Consulting What is available on - campus • Consulting firms will hold on-campus information for all advanced degree students. • HKS Consulting Fair • FAS Career Forum • You need to be dressed in business formal for all events and be prepared with a one page resume. • You need to be prepared to answer “Why did you choose the School of Education?” • Their on-campus interview schedule may not be available to you. Make arrangement with them directly. • All dates and times are in Hired.

Niche Consulting Developing a Strategy • Niche consulting firms do not practice on-campus hiring in a strategic way. • It is important to target the organizations of interest and to determine their recruiting strategy. • Networking is very important for niche firms as most will only advertise on their web site. • Depending on the firm, you may have to practice case interviews. • Keep you resume to one page unless it is a research focused organization like EDC or Abt Associates.
