  3. VENDA DOS ESTOQUES PÚBLICOS – Início proposto TRANSFORMAÇÃO DE BASE SÃO PAULO => PELOTAS, BENEFICIADO => CASCA e de ATACADO => PRODUTOR R$ 47,47/Fardo => R$ 33,33 / 50 kg • OUTRO CRITÉRIO: Port. Interministerial nº 472/1996, entre: • Custo variável de produção: R$ 24,89 / 50 kg • Paridade de importação: • Cotação: US$ 580.00/t => R$ 49,04/Fardo => R$ 39,07/50kg • Preço médio: US$ 523.80/t => R$ 45,03/Fardo => R$ 35,09/50kg

VENDA DOS ESTOQUES PÚBLICOS – Detalhes propostos • QUANTIDADE POR PREGÃO: iniciar com 50 mil ton; • PREÇOS: da praça, com deságios de safra, diferença do padrão e de classificação, conforme o caso; • PERIODICIDADE: de 15 em 15 dias; • AVALIAÇÃO: Se necessário (houver demanda e preços de mercado se sustentarem) aumentar a quantidade e/ou aumentar a frequência; • META: Vender no mínimo 500 mil toneladas, mas buscando reduzir ao máximo o produto estocado • RESULTADOS ESPERADOS: • REDUÇÃO DOS CUSTOS DOS ESTOQUES PÚBLICOS; • LEBERAÇÃO DE ESPAÇOS PARA FUTURAS SAFRAS; • ABASTECIMENTO DE MERCADO;
