  1. Husky ShowcaseOral Presentation Moderator Spring 2019

  2. Pick up your moderator package at the registration desk in the Atwood Main Lounge (first floor). This will include your nametag and badge, a list of student presentations, signs to enforce time limits and audience evaluation forms • Refreshments will be available for you in the Primrose Room on the west side of the Ballroom • Presentations will be in different locations in Atwood Center Checking In

Tidy up if necessary • Welcome the student presenters and attendees • Take attendance--keep a record of any student presenter “no shows” • Distribute the yellow audience evaluation forms • Introduce each student presenter, project title and faculty sponsor • Enforce the presentation time limit • Limit: 15 minutes • Moderate the question and answer session • Limit: 5 minutes • Complete an evaluation and collect audience evaluations • Turn everything in at the Registration Desk after the last session What You Need to Do

  5. Should you be asked the place and time of presentations you are not moderating, simply refer the individual to the registration desk! Presentation Times and Locations
