Sioux tribe We drew a tepee because we wanted to show how the Sioux Indians lived. The teepees were made out of buffalo skin and or deer skin. As you can see there is smoke coming out of the top of the teepee because the Sioux women cook inside of the them. By: Jamie and Emily
The Sioux The Sioux used a lot of weapons to protect their tribe. They rode on horses with spears, bows and arrows and double axes. Sometimes they made weapons out of animals bones. Pueblo Tribe The Pueblos use blankets as wraps around their bodies. The ladies wear colorful dresses. The dresses wrap around their bodies and tie around their shoulders. Corn is very special to the Pueblo. They eat deer, wheat, beans, corn, squash and peppers. Sarah and Maryrose

The frame was made of logs and the roof was covered of Palmetto leaves and grasses. It is called a thatch roof.
