Activities at the Warehouse • We provide daily stock and dispatch stock through mail • Stock and dispatch reports are customized as per the clients requests • We provide 24 hours services • We follow Just in time concept • We believe in establishing and developing business relations and meet our commitment to achieve the customer Delight. We do not in words but have deep-rooted faith in performance. • We take requirement from the BUYERS well in advance. For eg, if the material is to be dispatched in the morning (Next day) then we will take the requirement Today evening • We carry out all logistics activities • We have safe warehousing facilities at key strategic locations .All the warehouses contact each other through internet. We have wide network of branches well connected with the each other with email transaction. • We carry out all internet applications activities such as ASN, SRM (required for Tata Motors) and all other applications as well. contd……

We have well trained staff to handle your material • Drivers are provided with mobiles so that in case of emergency they can contact us. • In case of emergency we get the crossing done as soon as possible so as to deliver your material on time. • Our executive accompanies the driver to the OEM. Our proactive executives even informs the buyer about the quantity of materials at their end and also updates them from time to time so that they can place order for those material that are about to get over. • We carry out all activities related to OEM • We also carry out environment friendly eco friendly activities

Collection of material Maintenance of Collection and Dispatch Records Dispatch to Destination Warehouse Tracking of vehicle Reporting to Destination Warehouse through Telephone internet and web based tracking system Vehicle reaches destination Warehouse Unloading/ Maintanace of FIFO Filing of Invoices Updating stock and sending to clients Carrying out ASN/SRM/ Other web based activities to speed up the delivery process Dispatch of Vehicle to OEM (Driver accompanied by our executive) Inspection and loading of vehicle as per requirement given Taking Requirement from Buyers Informs buyer about stock required Maintance of Dispatch Records Executive clears all documents and unloads the vehicle at specified location
