3. IEEE Web Contact Update • Enter your IEEE Web Account username & password. (Note: Username & Password are case sensitive) • Click button to continue • To create an IEEE Web Account or recover your username/password, go to www.ieee.org/web/accounts

IEEE Web Contact Update • Enter mailing address or contact information: • For New Information: click mouse pointer in the text box & type • To Update current information: drag mouse pointer across the data (causing information to appear highlighted) & press <delete> key • Required fields are marked with Asterisk (*) • Need to list at least a billing & shipping address. You can not designate 2 different addresses for same business usage (billing, shipping, work, home)

5. IEEE Web Contact Update • Can delete your secondary address by checking this box • Click button • Summary of your changes will display. Your membership record will be automatically updated within 24 hours

6. Additional Information • Publications will be shipped to new mailing address with the next publication mailings. Please allow sufficient delivery time. • Changes will not affect your IEEE Email Alias or What’s New @ IEEE subscriptions.
