11 say Nothing!! • It was different. It was easy. • Using shared doc’s and shared glossary. • We all wrote the same thing in the book, and we didn’t use any real skills to do it. • I felt more connected to the class. • Like Facebook and Google images (communication), sounds nice! • If someone did the work it was all there. • I got to type up my results. What did I like about Google+?
1 said “Nothing” : 7 said “Everything” • Finding the document. • People using inappropriately – deleting work in shared document. • It was sometimes difficult to use / Very confusing. Too hard to use / Complicated, took too long to set up. • That people could just not do the work, look at work & put on there. • I don’t like the fact that my work posted online / I didn’t like putting my work up and having it as a thing. • It really wasn’t helpful for me. What I didn’t like about using Google+
None. Too many got confused. Unable to navigate around. • People changing my answers / Sometimes people did delete stuff but not much or often / Sometimes people would change or correct my answers. • The documents were sometimes hard to find an occasionally would not work. • Only used it once, couldn’t log in after that / I couldn’t use it because it got disabled. • We didn’t know where to put stuff. • Things weren’t done properly. • Slow laptop didn’t exactly help. Not having laptop at all times. • I had to record the results twice because the laptop is hard to carry during an experiment. • Google+ WAS the problem. What issues/problems did I encounter?
7said “Nothing” • Teamwork / The class could work together more effectively. • See how others viewed the results / We got to see what everyone else in the class thought about the experiment. • You could see others work. • You can type it! • None, but the “Lazys”. Copying. What were the learning advantages?
