LSFA CTO: Failed Fem-Pop Dacron Bypass Graft 64 y.o. woman with bilateral SFA CTO’s, s/p failed dacron fem-pop bypass graft surgery (one month patency). 7F Pinnacle Destination: Left iliac stenosis stented. SFA Crossed with FrontRunner, glide wire/catheter; FoxHollow LS over SpartaCore .014 wire. Angiomax anticoagulation. Weinstock: Florida Hospital: B.W. 2/28/05
