  3. Announcements • Uniforms ALL the time • All WORK for the Week is DUE today… I will NOT accept any of the work from this week after today.

  4. Goal Setting • Take 5 minutes to cut out your goal and tape it to your cabinet!

  5. INM – Big Goal • What is our Big Goal? • What are YOU going to do to get there?

  6. Mastery … Oh Yeah! • Mastery Sticker Chart: • If you received 80% or more mastery on a Core Learning Goal for a Unit Test, I will give you stickers so that you can put them on the chart! • Mastery Board: Both Unit and Weekly Quizzes

  10. The NBA Player • There is a basketball player who wants to get signed onto an NBA team really badly! • Here are his stats: • Missed 9,000 shots so far in his career • Lost almost 300 games • Trusted to take game-winning shot 26 times & missed • Would you sign him?

  13. GP – Grading and Tracking Diagnostic Exams (15 min) • We are shooting for 80% on 80% of the objectives. We are going to practice tracking on the diagnostic. Don’t worry about your grades this is to inform me what I should teach and emphasize this year. • -Go over answers • -have students correct with a marker • -have student calculate % to see what they have and have not mastered.

  14. IP – Track Your Results (10 min) • Graphically represent your results and answer the questions on the back of the handout. • During this time, you will come up and create your PEN for class 
