Conditions of Learning: • Preschool opportunities at each elementary school • Spanish classes for all students in grades 3-5 • Hire more Spanish speaking employees • Provide staff development in cultural competency • Expand bilingual library collection • Middle school career counselors • Smaller class sizes • Technology Focus • Clean bathrooms • Improve the food • Update classroom furniture • Hire more yard supervisors

Pupil Outcomes: • Newcomers Program again this summer at Novato High • Provide transportation to the Boys and Girls Club from Sinaloa • Vocational Programs – take advantage of IVC Work Development Programs • Tutoring in Spanish, including a homework club • More intervention for struggling students • Business/Consumer Math offerings at the high schools
