What was the incident I researched? • The incident I researched is that there is this ten year old girl named Nujood Ali who had gone to this courthouse to demand a divorce with her husband after they were married • The average age of marriage in Yemen’s rural areas is twelve to thirteen years old

4. What led up to this incident? • What led Nujood Ali to this incident is that she helped a spur in movement to end her child marriage with her husband and she was abused by him

How was this incident handled and/or what were the consequences of this incident? • The results of this incident is that child marriage in Yemen increased a crucial part of this cycle poverties in Yemen and other third world countries • This incident was handled and the consequences of this incident is that kids got pulled out of school and they are forced to have children before their bodies are ready so they don’t end up with serious health problems
