  7. 4. Discuss any obvious differences or similarities between the teachers’ finishing strategies, and why you think this occurred. 5. Suggest an alternative starting strategy for one of the lessons you observed and say why you would prefer to use this strategy. 6. Suggest an alternative finishing strategy for one of the lessons you observed and say why you would prefer to use this strategy. There are so different between two teachers . The first teacher is good for student because she is friendly and another one is so angry . I think this occurred because maybe the teacher has any problem outside the school and that is affected for her . When the teacher enter the class should to be friendly with student and kindly . Also should to look around the class . Teacher should to say how are you ! To be student happy , don't worry because some student feel afraid when they see the teacher is angry . At the finish of the lesson , the teacher should to told student the summary and ask them what did they learn it . Also , if they have any question ask me.. This strategy will help student to understand more about lesson .

  8. Reflection (in your opinion) Why do you think it is important to vary strategies to start and finish lessons? & it help student to be active in the class . & it help student to feel relax . & it help student to get a positive word at the beginning of the class . & the student will care about the lesson when they see the teacher is caring about it . Why do you think it is important to include set routines at the beginning and end of some lessons? For example , some teachers begin the lesson by asking question . What is the title of the unite . This question that help student to remember the title of the unite so it is necessary to do the some routine at the beginning and end of some lesson . What factors should you consider when deciding how to start and end lessons? I should to consider about the body language because it is the important factor will affect to the student . Also , the manner is necessary when the teacher is smiling the student will be also smiling .
