DOD EMALL Funds Control Modules Army USMC Same requirements as Department of Army requirements MOES included Scheduled release FY11 Just like Army, these transactions will be routed through GEX to SABERs USMC has submitted a request to the PDC 328 for changes • Implemented 10 October 2010 • 3471 total transactions • 2340 negative responses • 1126 positive responses • Implemented for credit card ordering only . • MOES ordering is slated for release this calendar year • DOD EMALL OSD mandate to route via the DFAS GEX, to FCM • Potential next step to remove the Department of Army mandate on the 5K and 25K limits

  3. DOD EMALL MRA • Not mandatory though highly encouraged • E-mail notice is sent to customer when order is placed • DOD EMALL System Change Request to convert the MRA from 527 to 861 format • Scheduled release FY12.1
