IT Transition Advisory Committee Timeline: • First quarter 2017: Continue to gather campus input and share info with respective groups • April/May: Begin transition process • June: Implement recommendations • July: Complete transition • August: Seek campus feedback on transition

HR Independent Org Committee Charge: Execute all aspects of the transition of the human resources department to an independent organization reporting to the Office of the President
HR Independent Org Committee Timeline: • Completed: Identified changes required during reorganization; established new org number for HR: 07 • January 2017: Gathering accounting systems and IT input • February: Phase 1—Recommend required changes • April: Phase 2—Update Operations Manual and take other transition steps • May: Phase 3—Implement recommendations
HR Independent Org Committee Priorities: Assess current accounting structure and propose future structure • First and foremost: Don’t break anything • Simplicity • Ability to easily produce and easy to understand reporting • Accountability
HR Independent Org Committee Committee structure change: Split into advisory and technical committees to best utilize time and talent of committee members • Advisory committee: Provide input and feedback to technical committee • Technical committee: Focus on technical aspects of the transition and provide subject matter expertise
