Global Collaboration FAA discusses CDM tools, procedures, technologies, and philosophy which enhance safety, increase efficiencies and capacities at airports and en route sectors. ATCSCC International Operations working with ICAO and numerous regions to promote CDM on a global level in an effort to open dialogue and information sharing, linking ANSP’s and/or states with the stakeholder community. ATCSCC International Operations is in the process of collaborating with ICAO on a global ATFM manual which incorporates CDM as a integral process. This manual will become an official ICAO document.
