  4. The reports to be submitted are: • Library latest annual performance indicators as basis for budget decision and planning • Previous survey results showing clienteles service satisfaction

  5. Who are the decision makers? • The University President • The Vice President • Finance Director/Controller • Donor • National Education Committee (Government)

In one sentence, describe what you want from each person or group • The performance indicators for the different services and survey comments proved to be financially justified for continue expansion of the library to create a better future for our students and to satisfy our stakeholders as well as faculty members

  9. Good afternoon, Mr. President. We know that the library building is going to be sold. We do understand the financial difficulty we are all experiencing. The library is as important as the future of students! We would like you to consider the possibility of its existence with full management support. Librarian Well, we will think about it but every department also want funding. Who should be given the priority? President

  10. Good afternoon, Mr. Vice President! As educators, we all know very well that the library is a must in any educational institution. It is a place for teaching, learning and research. We need all the resources you can provide. Librarian Well, we will think about it. Give me your plans as soon as possible. VP

  11. Where shall we get the money? From the donor who will be coming soon. We could discuss with him about our plans for the new building.
