Cascadia Planning Meeting - Gorda and Juan de Fuca Plates Broadband Array Proposal

This proposal outlines a broadband array project for structural imaging of the Gorda and Juan de Fuca Plates. It suggests a station spacing of approximately 100 km, with 50 sites equipped with broadband seismometers such as the Trillium 120. The array may also include DPG and/or APG units. The proposed Ocean Bottom Seismometers (OBSs) lack trawl protection, except if positioned on the shelf where trawl protection would be necessary. Presented at the Cascadia Planning Meeting at LDEO on July 1, 2009.
