  5. Good practices in implementation • No Special focus district. • E-transfer of funds. • Very good community participation.

Issues • No progress on construction of kitchen- cum-stores for last three years. {only 318 (13%) completed out of sanctioned 2450.} • Procurement of kitchen devices is also pending. • Low coverage of working days on upper primary level. • Less engagement of cook-cum-helpers. • Low MME utilisation. • No information on School Health programme.

  11. Proposal for Construction of Kitchen-cum-Store *2738 kitchen-cum-stores were approved by the PAB-MDM during 2013-14, however funds could not be released to State due to non construction of earlier sanctioned kitchen-cum-store. Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India

Proposal for Procurement of Kitchen Devices kitchen devices were approved by the PAB-MDM for 7411 schools during 2013-14, however funds could not be released to State due to non submission of physical and financial progress on procurement of earlier sanctioned kitchen devices.
