As-Is Status – Next Steps • Corrective Action Plan being generated for delivery to DOE 6/15/09 • As-Is Final Reporting • D/S/C finalizing individual reports • Site-wide roll-up • Review and reconcilliation of DOE 2006 QA Audit • Report on four risk areas (Document Control, Training, Item Control, and M&TE)
As-Is Status – Assurance Council Role • AC attention required to abate systemic risk posed by site-wide issues • Elevated CAP process • QARs/QAEs review all CAPs; propose elevation • CAP temporarily assigned to OQBP as AC Secretary • CAP brought to AC through the Chair • Chair decides whether they warrant AC attention • Chair assigns responsible organization and person • Chair brings CAPs to next AC for concurrence with assigned actions • OQBP places in IMS for tracking
