Workshop Outcomes • By the end of this workshop, you will be able to: • explain the three stages of Developing, Sustaining and Rejoining participation • explain the relevance of the ‘C’ system to your own coaching • demonstrate how to include the ‘C’ system approach in your coaching • use relevant adapted planning material for both longer-term and session planning

  4. Rejoining Participation • Young people and adults • Some kind of lapse: time; injury; dropout • May address wider issues • Develop life skills • Individual reasons and capacity important • Varied, flexible and tailored support
