31/F, ENT surgeon presented with • A rare combination of Multinodular goitre + Right Inferior Non Functioning Parathyroid adenoma with Invasive Thymoma • Underwent Surgery on 20/11/11: Right Hemithyroidectomy + Parathyroid tumor excision + Sternotomy and Complete excision of the thymoma which was infiltrating the left Pleura, Lung and denslyadherant to the Hilar structures
