Regional Roll-Out(On-Site Coaching) • 278 non-target LGUs received BPLS training • 149 have completed the re-engineering process • 129 are currently undergoing reforms • TOTALS: • 322 + 149 = 471have completed re-engineering process
What’s the Target for 2012? • Bringing the “completed” LGUs to Automation Level • Ensuring the “on-going” LGUs to complete the re-engineering process • Establishment of a robust BPLS M&E System • Establish the BPLS Certification System • Building-up of a BPLS Incentives System
