Week 21 OverallAssessment: Testing preparation activities status • 17 scenarios in scope for Week 19– loaded to ALM ready for test, 3 to be loaded during day • Test data for week 22 will be loaded during the day today • Onboarding of consultants and SKUs done or in progress • Current issues: • Adjust and verify correct scope of blocks for the 17 scenarios; Update cards on wall • Re-assign / re-distribute workload to clear bottleneck resources
