  1. ADS-C Downlink Message • ADS-C Report Time (Timestamp) is the timestamp of the ADS-C Downlink Message. It indicates the time that the message is released by the Aircraft system for onward transmission (accuracy of 1 second of UTC) • ADSC-OR 23 Information, other than predicted data, contained within an ADS-C report shall be no older than 2 seconds compared to the ADS-C report time. • ADSC-OR 24 The ADS-C report time shall be consistent with the data. • What are the Predicted Data? PP, EPP, ETA Min/Max, …Add a note underneath OR-23. • Is ADS-C OR 24 useless? No to be kept. Require to ensure consistency with predicted data. • MET is not a predicted data. No MET time in the MET Data. • Time is the Time at position in YYMMDD and HHMMSS format. • EPP, MET and ETA Min/Max Timestamp is the time of predicted data generation. • Is “Data” Timestamp applicable to Projected Profile data ? • ADS-C Report Time • (ADS-C Message Timestamp) ADS-C Report Data Basic Information (M) • FOM • 3D Position • Time EPP Data (O) • EPP Timestamp ETA Min/Max Data (O) • ETA Timestamp MET Data (O) • ADSC-I-OR 11 When the Aircraft system is unable to provide the information required, either because it is unavailable or invalid, then : • a) if the information forms part of position, timestamp or FOM, then: • 1) the aircraft system shall continue to send ADS reports as required with the position accuracy FOM element set to “0”; and • 2) if all of the information is again found to be valid and available, the FOM shall be reset to its actual value, and… • Shoul it be Time?
