ADS-C Downlink Message • ADS-C Report Time (Timestamp) is the timestamp of the ADS-C Downlink Message. It indicates the time that the message is released by the Aircraft system for onward transmission (accuracy of 1 second of UTC) • ADSC-OR 23 Information, other than predicted data, contained within an ADS-C report shall be no older than 2 seconds compared to the ADS-C report time. • ADSC-OR 24 The ADS-C report time shall be consistent with the data. • What are the Predicted Data?
