  3. Telecommunications Standing Committee The purpose of the Telecommunications Committee is to facilitate the movement of information electronically within the WBEA Region. This committee was appointed as a result of a recommendation by the Strategic Planning Committee. The Telecommunications Committee Director shall be appointed for a one-year term renewable for two more years at the option of the President and Director. The composition goal of this committee is to have representation from each STP.
