If you have been cyber bullied and need help you can: • Visit the kids help line website or call 1800 55 1800 • Tell someone you trust • Tell school psychologist. • Don’t bully the person back

If it is a mobile phone message keep the message and don’t delete it. • Report the problem: social networking websites such as Facebook and MySpace have links where you can report abuse. Use them! • Don’ts • Don’t reply! The bully is expecting your response and your reaction is usually exactly what the bully wants. So don’t reply and they will leave you. • Don’t try to get back at the bully: that’ll simply turn you into a bully and reinforce his behavior.
