2. ON LINE REVENUE COURT CASES Present System Presently due to large number of cases and heavy administrative workload on presiding officers, there is no clear system of review, monitoring and correct information dissemination to the litigants.

3. ON LINE REVENUE COURT CASES Proposed System The proposed system intends to provide easy access to the masses regarding the status of revenue cases. It will reflect not only the actual pendency and disposal, but will simultaneously provide easy access to actual position of court files. Also it will minimize the hardships of clients and their undue exploitation and reduce corruption to the minimum.

ON LINE REVENUE COURT CASES Features • The proposed project is much more user friendly. • Single mouse click based interface, no need to use keyboard to monitor the cases. • ASP in front-end & SQL Server back-end based software. • Online data entry module with users login & password facility. Thumb impression of biometric system can be added to enhance security. • Local language (Hindi) based entry & reports. • Every district has their own SQL database on Delhi data Server for Lokvani. The same can be used for this software. • No need to feed data on local system first, then uploading the data base (MS Excess etc) on web server etc. Instead, data can be entered directly on the data server • Instant change in status of all cases. • Suitable Interface for ‘Touch Screen’ system, likely to be used in future. • No Active-X control is used therefore it can be opened in all web browsers.

14. ON LINE REVENUE COURT CASES Implementing Agency Lokvani Society of the district will be the implementing agency for the project. The recurring cost of the project for first two years is included in the project. From third year onwards, Lokvani will charge Rs. 2/- for each transaction from Lokvani Kiosks. This amount would be used to meet the recurring expenses of the project
