  3. Market Analysis Heavenly Produce Farm faces a lot challenges when it comes to marketing our produce such as: To gain profit we will have a CSA type of farm. Individuals pay us in advance and we provide the service. Competition with commercial farms: Produce sold at lower price and well known. Competition with local farmers These individuals also want to sell their produce

  7. Cost Analysis: Maintence Cost In order to construct our farm it will cost us $6,104.33. To maintain our farm it will cost $150,202.32 total.

  8. Cost Analysis: Annual Revenue The annual revenue we will be gaining from our farm is $468,311.07.

  9. Cost Analysis: Projection We project a loss in profit for the first year that our farm is running of about $-161,803.09. Over the next two years we estimate a gain of approximately $813,541.23, which is a small number of profit from the amount we estimate to loss

Summary • Purpose: To provide organic produce to the community without having to use harmful chemicals or pesticides. • Service to community: Educating the children in our local community by having a childrens center, where children come and learn the benefit of eating healthy organic produce. • Goal: To provide the customer with a new experience they would normally not get at an ordinary farm.

  11. Ecological Impact • Our main impact would be on the watershed. • The farm animals manure will add to the Nitrogen Cycle. • Our farm will be using a minimal amount of energy.
