Legge formale, fonti primarie, legge costituzionale, legge ordinaria Legge costituzionale = atto normativo con “forma” di legge ma prodotto con un procedimento rafforzato rispetto a quello “ordinario”: sin colloca nella gerarchia delle fonti nello stesso grado della Costituzione (che è abilitata a riformare) Legge formale = atto normativo approvato dalle Camere e promulgato dal Presidente della Repubblica Legge ordinaria Decreto-legge Decreto legislativo Fonte primaria = atto normativo che nella gerarchia delle fonti occupa una posizione immediatamente inferiore alla Costituzione Atti con forza di legge = atti normativi equiparati alla legge ordinaria ma prodotti con un procedimento diverso dalla legge formale
