Proposal process questionnaires As some respondents didn't want individual questionnaires disclosed Following process proposal: Regulators use APX, TRAC-X summary slides and comments today to make a public summary (and check it with received questionnaires)‏ No lengthy report, just a powerpoint Summary with names of respondents to be distributed to respondents and, subsequently, published as feedback outcome, by early September.

  5. Recap interruptibles Conclusion 31-5: Pilot is limited to secondary firm in phase 1. Homework for phase 2 (prim. Interr.) begins (of course) during phase 1 Summary of status quo: Platform and revenues: primary is TSO's business (with possibility to outsource platform operation). TSO to take the lead. Product design: bundled interruptible day ahead capacity, offered at Bunde/OSZ and Ellund. Variety of interruptible products shown, how to bundle? Improvement of 'interruption' information? Timing of offer and how to calculate amount available capacity? Price, guarded by EU and nat. regulatory regime? Technical design: transfer like with 2ndary: max. 3 hours? Regulatory regime: see legal taskforce results Auctions (? not possible in short term)‏ Other elements governed by Reg.1775 Contractual issues: Respect conditions in TSO contracts on sides of the border Special contract necessary for the new 'bundled product' ?
