If a club has a licensed umpire (regional license), the club has to umpires less games than a club without a licensed umpire.  The club experiences how important umpires are and sets higher priorities on the acquisition of new, young umpires

(indoor and outdoor; held by umpire coaches of regional association)

It is common known that: - youth spokespersons are competent - YoSPs are fit in dealing with new media - YoSPs want to involve themselves in improving the club, the structures - YoSPs are good mediators between the youth and the decisions of the adults

  19. Stephan Haumann | Member of the Youth Committee Where are the YoSPs involved? The Youth spokespersons of the Deutscher Hockey-Bund are involved in: - tournament direction of national U14, U16 and U18 finals - ‘sports-for-all’ event organization and camps

  20. Stephan Haumann | Member of the Youth Committee Sports-for-all The Deutscher Hockey-Bund offers several sports-for-all events for club, school and local/regional representative teams (< U18).
