  9. Other Information • Minimum 24 students – Maximum 48 students • $1800.00 Based on price for 24 students. The more students the cheaper it is. • All accommodations, travel, site fees and 2 meals per day are included in the cost. • Things not included in the price – lunches, personally purchased items, travel insurance (can be purchased via Blue Cross). • Commitment to attend - $100 deposit (non-refundable if trip is ) by June 6, 2014 • Another $250 by September 15, 2014. • Balance can be paid: • Monthly ($150 per month Sept 2014– May 2015) • Two Payments: November 2014 ($750) and February 2014 ($700) • One Payment by November 2014 ($1450)
