Hydrotherapy Pool Orpington:It was incorrectly stated that pool was not been used often.Physiotherapists had requested an extra day which was not granted.Lady was told that she would have to go on a waiting list.Cllr.Fookes is arranging a meeting with Doug Paterson Chief Executive of the Council and Bromley MyTime.
Adult EducationLinda Leone who is Programme Manager of Poverest Centre visited Forum. Linda said that the Skill & Funding Agency charge for course if a person was not receiving Job Seeker Allowance.Students are unable to pay for the full cost of their courses.Senior staff are not being replaced and Linda unable to recruit tutors but can offer extra work for present staff.
Respite Services 118 Widmore RoadNHS London had granted Bromley permission to use property.Alterations have now started on the building and completion was planned for end of June 2012.Discussions with parents, service users and with Bromley Health Care for help with service.Council is looking at the possibility of using Travel Lodges for short breaks outside the borough with carers.
