Doğru yanıt sayısı: 4 Kazanan: Neslihan Komut (d4) Venolobar sendrom’da sağ pulmoner ven kalp yerine vena kava inferiora drene olur. Başka kardiak ve pulmoner anomaliler eşlik edebilir. Hastaların %25’inde nefes darlığı, siyanoz gibi semptomlar ortaya çıkar. Anormal ven palaya benzetildiğinden bu isimle de (scimitar) anılır.
