  2. About the Pizzeria shop • I am starting a pizza shop because pizza is one of everybody's favorite foods. It also seems that if you make very good pizza, you can make a lot of money. I love to cook and make people happy by sharing my secret recipe for delicious pizza.

Proprietorship • My business is a proprietorship because I am the owner and operator of my own pizza shop. • Some advantages of a Proprietorship would be exclusive rights to change or add anything in your business without having to go threw someone else. • Some disadvantages are the owner has to be on call every hour the store is open and are responsible for all problems even if you are not there

  5. Location • Como Te Llamas Pizzeria Shop is located on 797 Monroe Avenue Rochester, NY 14607. • I chose my location on Monroe Ave because it is a popular setting close to a lot of retail stores.

  6. Product • The product I am serving is Pizza, Como Te Llamas pizzeria does not deliver pizza. • I think my business will be successful because the pizza is made from scratch with all natural fresh products and our dining area is very nice and clean.

  7. Competitors • Pizza Hut, Marks Pizzeria and Guidas are our biggest competitors. • They have fresh products just like us but I think we can beat them with how fast are pizzas are made and the quality of them.

  9. Employees • I will have 5 employees and I will pay them minimum wage to start with. • There will be no educational requirement for my pizzeria. • I will pay them minimum wage because they are just starting out.

  10. Benefits • Some benefits I will offer my employees are Health Insurance and discounts on our food. • It is important to offer benefits because it will attract better employees and retain current ones.
