We all want to make the most of the time we have to invest in our Conklin business We can work harder in some cases. We should work smarter whenever possible!
The Six Keys to Working Smarter • Focus • Train • Adopt • Automate • Delegate • Duplicate
Focus If you don’t know where you are going, any road will get you there. • What is your overriding goal? • What is the time frame for achieving it? • Ask yourself the “R-Factor Question”: “If this were three years from today, what would have to have taken place over that period of time, both personally and professionally for me to feel happy about my progress?”
The Green Card Formula • Decide on the level of annual, residual income that you want to be earning in the next 3 years from your Conklin business. • Plug it into this formula to determine the size of a network of IBOs and field managers needed to achieve that level of income.
$50,000 ÷ $1700 = #IBOs .08 $625,000 ÷ $1700 = 368 IBOs
If you goal is to develop a successful Conklin roofing business or other profitable contracting operation a similar formula can be used to determine what it will require to reach your income goal. Annual $50,000 ÷ $10,000* = 15 roofs .33 * Based on specialization on the MR Roofing system, an average project size of 6,500 square feet and bid price of $1.55 per square foot.
Use a “Goal Line” to chart your 3-year plan to reaching your desired level of success in the Conklin Business Beware of “The Gap” The goal is progress… Not perfection

Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.”Calvin Coolidge30th President of the United States
