  1. Friends of OER A platform for teachers, professors, educational practitioners, administrators and researchers in the education field

By joining Friends of OER, professionals will be able to: • keep abreast of the latest news and obtain first-hand information on the development of OER, as well as on methods for the creation and adoption of OER, through regular emails; • access links and examples of OER and open textbooks on the website; • participate in the discussion forum to share views and experiences with other educators about OER issues; and • get information about local and international conferences, workshops and seminars on OER.
