  2. MANIFESTASI KLINIKAL : • Sakit telinga • Darah meleleh dari telinga • Penembusan membran timpanik (sisi lubang biasanya berdarah) • Kepekakan konduktif • Tinitus • Vertigo

  3. PENGURUSAN : • Bagi kes penembusan yg kecil ia akan sembuh tanpa rawatan. • Penjagaan telinga yg rapi • Elakkan air atau benda lain drp masuk kedlm telinga • Antibiotik sistemik • Miringoplasti

  4. KOMPLIKASI : • Otitis media • NASIHAT KEPADA PESAKIT : • Pastikan tiada apa-apa yg masuk kedlm telinga
