  10. CONCLUSION • Depuis 1999, presque tous les enfants reçoivent une prophylaxie post-natale • 7% d’intensifications post-natales (essentiellement AZT-3TC) • Moins de 40% d’intensification dans les groupes très exposés (mères non traitées pendant la grossesse)
