Let’s thank essential workers for their dedication during the pandemic. Nolij continues to take all the precautionary measures to be safe. Anxiety and Stress Anxiety and stress have become very common during this pandemic, empathy and compassion can be an antidote. The HR team is regularly providing the employees with Covid-19 guidance tips and tricks for telecommunicating. Employees are facing unique challenges every day for which it is needed to look beyond business and focus on caring for and supporting each other as well. Active Engagement Teleworking has various drawbacks - isolation, decreased information-sharing opportunities, and difficulty in balancing work and personal time, for this Nolij, has started with activities that include both works and play to help the employees feel connected. They have increased online collaboration, conducting daily video meetings with internal teams as well. Supporting the Community This year Nolij has been our honor to support: •Inova Children’s Hospital •Women Veterans Interactive •Operation Renewed Hope Foundation A safe return With Covid-19 vaccine and improved medical treatments, Nolij hopes to see a gradual return of the workforce.
