P.E. Thurs. Music Fri. Art What We’re Learning: Reading: Concepts of print—author/illustrator, left to right reading and one to one correspondence. Writing: We will focus on writing our name the “kindergarten” way. This includes one beginning uppercase letter followed by lowercase letters. Math: Numbers—proper number formation and sequence. We will begin counting to 20. Science and Social Studies: Rules and Laws—focusing on the Pledge of Allegiance and what it means. Birthdays: No Birthday’s this week! Letters of the Week: Cc, Oo, Aa, Dd, Gg ** Please work on writing these letters with your students at home. @ Rachel Thorp 2013
