Introduction • FERC Order 890 requires non-jurisdictional entities to participate in a regional planning process. • To meet this requirement EKPC, BREC, TVA and AECI formed CPPP. • BREC evaluating options.

Since January AECI Board has passed 27 issue papers related to EHV/Primary System Improvements • Approx. $250 M of EHV/Primary System currently in some phase of construction • Approx. $120 M of this allocated for Chouteau 2 generation and additional 345 kV capacity between Oklahoma and Missouri ‘09- ‘19 AECI LRP Project Update (CONTINUED)
October ’10 – Develop NT (years 1 or 2) & LT (9 to 10) loadflow cases from LTSG • November ’10 – Incorporate Electric Load Forecast Study results into loadflow cases • January ’11 – Identify problems/send preliminary results 2011-2021 Coordinated Long-Range Member System Plan Details
