  2. ABOUT US Located in Runcorn, North West Filling is a family run contract manufacturing, filling and packing company. We specialise in the areas of personal care and toiletries but are more than happy to assist and advise where we can on queries in any other departments. At North West Filling, we strive to deliver a quality service to our customers no matter how big or small the job is.

  3. FILLING SERVICE We can fill a variety of types of packaging, including but not limited to jerrycans, glass and plastic bottles, jars, spout pouches and tubes. Our machinery is versatile, meaning we can tailor the equipment to suit your packaging needs. Our fill levels range from 10ml up to 25 Litres. We are flexible enough to work with small MOQ’s.

  4. PACKI NG SERVICE Our machinery can cope with single- or double-sided labelling on our in- line labeller. We can also batch code the products for batch traceability.We can pack finished goods into unit display cartons or direct into a shipping carton subject to the customer’s needs.

  5. MANUFACTURING We can manufacture both hot and cold mixes on site using our developed mixing facilities and specialised mixing vessels. We can make a variety of products, ranging from thin liquids and oils up to thick creams and lotions. We can tailor the batch size to satisfy your requirements. This helps with business start ups and customers needing smaller production runs for NPD’s.
