  2. NUTRITION AND FOOD NORMS PER CHILD PER MEAL Upper Primary Stage Primary Stage PER UNIT COOKING COST DURING 2012-13

  3. GOOD PRACTICES ADOPTED Washing Hands before Consuming Meals is mandatory. Wearing Headgears, Aprons and Hand Gloves compulsory for staff cooking and serving MDM. Tasting of food before serving. Food sample kept till closure of school. Food is served to all without any discrimination of Caste and Creed. UT contributes little over 500% (Rs. 4.00) against MHRD ‘s recommended UT Share. MDM Committees from Village level to State Level are in existence. This UT provides boiled egg twice a week to the students enrolled in Pre-Primary Stage to Upper-Primary Stage as Supplementary Nutrition.
