  4. EL JUEZ QUE LA DICTO EL JUEZ DESIGNADO EN EL COMPROMISO (Art. 1346 y 1052 C.C.)

  5. ESCRITURA DE ADJUDICACIÓN • En caso de remate el juez otorgará la escritura al adjudicatario.

  6. V. –Que en el país que se ha dictado la sentencia tenga el carácter de cosa juzgada. • VI. – que no exista ninguna sentencia o resolución pendiente en el país extranjero de resolver. Condiciones para que una sentencia extranjera se ejecute en México I.- Que se cumplan las formalidades establecidas en tratados internacionales, en materia de exhortos. II.- Que no se haya dictado como consecuencia de una acción real es. III.- el juez que haya emitido la sentencia tenga competencia de acuerdo a las reglas internacionales. IV.-que al demandado se le haya respetado la garantía de audiencia.
