  1. A B Antagomir Control miR-130b Dex Treatment - + - + GR PARP GAPDH S4. MM.1Re cells were transfected with either control or anti-miR-130b antagomirs (10nM) for 24hrs then treated with 1μM Dex for an additional 48hrs. A. Whole cell lysates were then collected and analyzed by immunblot. B. Total RNA was collected and miR-130b expression levels measured.
