  1. Educator Certification System Instructions

  2. Once into www.isbe.net, click on the ECS tab at the top center of your screen.

  3. Here you will click on Educator Access where you will enter your username and password.

  4. The My Profile tab will allow you to change your ECS login information, your personal information, and your educator’s profile.

  5. Select Professional Development and Renewal in order to manage your certificate.

  6. Note that this page can take you to Professional Development Requirements, PD Activity you’ll enter once you receive your cpdu forms, AND…you can register your certificate here as well.

  7. Your Professional Development Activity tab will show you when your certificate is up for renewal.

  8. This is also where you will enter/review your PD activity.

  9. If you have additional questions regarding your certificate, you may call ROE #46 at 217.243.1804.
