Free bandwidth offered by bandwidth providers to Government not utilised
Common network aggregates the bandwidth from the bandwidth providers and make available to Govt departments
Most of the Government websites hosted abroad in private party’s names
The websites can be hosted at the E-Governance center
Other applications like online election results, entrance counseling etc
