  2. Para ORAR, "hablar con QUIEN sabemos nos AMA..." DIOS, JESÚS. Busca un sitio para estar tranquil@, sosegad@ y sin distracciones.

  3. Busca la PAZ en tu INTERIOR, ponte en la presencia de quien te ama de verdad : Dios Padre/Madre, JESÚS DE NAZARET Qué hacer para ORAR

  4. Cierra los ojos y centra tu atención en Jesús, muy cerca de ti.Experimenta que te regala su PAZ, su GOZO, su PRESENCIA, su CARICIA, dentro de ti.

  5. Háblale de tus cosas a Jesús: tus preocupaciones, tus proyectos, tus inquietudes, tu familia, amigos, del mundo.Todo lo que sientes y todo lo que deseas ser y vivir.

  6. Lee muy despacio la Palabra de Jesús en el Evangelio.JESÚS quiere decirte algo en ese texto.Quiere regalarte felicidad, seguridad, paz, todo lo bueno para ti.Quiere enseñarte una forma de vida, una manera de ser.

  7. Piensa cómo puedes tú hacer realidad en tu vida los VALORES, ACTITUDES, FORMA DE SER… que descubres en las palabras de Jesús en el EVANGELIO.

  8. Da gracias a Jesús por este ENCUENTRO de AMISTAD con Él. Intenta vivir lo la JESÚS te ha enseñado en la ORACIÓN y en la lectura del EVANGELIO haciendo lo que Él nos dice.

  9. Se FELIZ, DIOS TE AMA.Cuéntalo a todos.Guarda en tu corazón lo que JESÚS te ha regalado en la ORACIÓN. DALE GRACIAS
