Review of Company & Role • Annual operating budget of <£300k • Business Plan of over 60 objectives & actions • Over 40 Key Performance Measures some of which have no method of ongoing monitoring • No overall budget ‘ownership’ by key staff • Disengagement and poor communications with business, Council and other partners • Little or no ‘partnership’ working at strategic or ‘higher’ level • No baseline assessment and no Service Level Agreements Council
